My contribution: installation and subcontractor management. I helped coordinate on-site delivery across multiple artwork locations while supporting the project’s site, safety and programme requirements.
Delivery focus: enabling a distributed outdoor artwork programme to be installed with care, consistency and respect for the site-specific storytelling experience.
