My contribution: assembly coordination, quality control, installation sequencing and on-site problem-solving. I worked across the facade programme to maintain alignment, finish quality and safe installation progress.
Delivery challenge: a large modular system with repeatable parts but highly site-specific interfaces. I helped manage the sequencing required to keep delivery coordinated and on schedule.
